We make fudge the old way — cooked in a copper pan to the soft-ball stage and beaten by hand until smooth and grainy. No fondant. No shortcuts. Just butter, sugar, cream, and whatever flavouring makes us excited that week. Our shop is in Walcot Street in Bath, where you are welcome to watch us work. We ship nationwide in gift boxes, and we take custom orders for wedding and corporate favours. Everything is made in a kitchen that handles tree nuts and peanuts, so please check allergen information carefully if you have a nut allergy.
